Description

The Type RT-O48/W48 is multi spring mechanical sealis short length unit having O-ring or PTFE wedge as secondary member. PTFE wedge construction of the secondary sealing member provides universal service application in cryogenic, corrosive fluids and high temperature applications. By choosing suitable component materials, the multi spring seals can be adapted to operate with a wide range of liquids and operating conditions. All members of multiple spring mechanical seal is held with snap ring.
